Welcome to the “Shalit Design” website (hereinafter: the “Site”).

Browsing and use of the Site are subject to these Regulations, which constitute a binding agreement between the user (hereinafter: the “User”) and “Shalit Design” (hereinafter: the “Company” or “Site Owner”). Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Regulations, and we therefore recommend that you read them carefully.

1.1. “The Company” – Shalit Design and 1.2. “The Services” – the services offered to users on the Site. 1.3. “The Site” – the Company’s website, which is used by users.

9. Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. 9.2. The exclusive jurisdiction shall be in the competent courts in the region.
