Welcome to the \u201cShalit Design\u201d website (hereinafter: the \u201cSite\u201d).

Browsing and use of the Site are subject to these Regulations, which constitute a binding agreement between the user (hereinafter: the \u201cUser\u201d) and \u201cShalit Design\u201d (hereinafter: the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cSite Owner\u201d). Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Regulations, and we therefore recommend that you read them carefully.
1. Definitions

<\/p>

1.1. \u201cThe Company\u201d \u2013 Shalit Design and 1.2. \u201cThe Services\u201d \u2013 the services offered to users on the Site. 1.3. \u201cThe Site\u201d \u2013 the Company\u2019s website, which is used by users.
2. Use of the Site

<\/p>

2.1. The User undertakes not to use the Site for illegal purposes and not to violate the terms of the Regulations. 2.2. The User declares that he is over 18 years of age or has received permission from a parent or guardian to use the Site. 2.3. The Company reserves the right to change, update, or remove content from the Site at any time and without prior notice.

3. Site Content and Copyright

3.1. All content, designs, images, and information on the Site are the exclusive property of the Company or third parties who have authorized it to use them. 3.2. The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used without prior written permission from the Company. 3.3. Any violation of this section will constitute a violation of the Company’s copyright and will be grounds for taking legal action.<\/p>

4. Privacy

4.1. The Company protects the privacy of users in accordance with the privacy policy published on the Site. 4.2. The User must review the privacy policy and agree to it as part of the Terms of Use of the Site.<\/p>

5. Liability

<\/p>

5.1. The Company does everything in its power to ensure that the Site operates properly, but does not guarantee that the services on the Site will operate without faults or errors. 5.2. The Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the User or third parties as a result of using the Site. 5.3. The User hereby waives any claim, demand or allegation against the Company related to the use of the Site.<\/p>

6. Purchases and Cancellation

Policy<\/p>

6.1. The terms of purchase on the Site will be determined according to the Company’s policy, and will be detailed at the time of purchase. 6.2. Cancellation and refund policy will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, and in accordance with the Company’s policy.<\/p>

7. Changes to the Regulations

<\/p>

7.1. The Company reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time. 7.2. Any change will enter into force from the moment of its publication on the Site, and continued use of the Site constitutes consent to the changes.<\/p>

8. Links to external sites

<\/p>

8.1. The Site may contain links to external sites that are not under the control of the Company. 8.2. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these sites.<\/p>

9. Law and Jurisdiction

<\/p>

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. 9.2. The exclusive jurisdiction shall be in the competent courts in the region.<\/p>
